• Use the platform for recruiting purposes (this is a placement tool only)

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable except as required by law. Summer teams may use the platform at no cost.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

7. NCAA & Eligibility Compliance

Summer Ball Placer is a placement facilitation tool only. The Platform does not verify player eligibility, NCAA compliance, or amateur status. Coaches, players, and teams are solely responsible for ensuring all placements comply with applicable NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and other governing body rules and regulations. The Platform is not liable for any eligibility violations, sanctions, or penalties arising from placements facilitated through the service.

8. Disclaimers

Summer Ball Placer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our platform. We are not responsible for the actions of users or the accuracy of information submitted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summer Ball Placer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
