Summer Ball Placer was built by people in college baseball who saw a problem worth solving. Every year, coaches spend weeks making phone calls, sending emails, and tracking spreadsheets just to place their players on summer teams. Teams spend just as long trying to fill roster spots. It works, but it is slow, unorganized, and entirely manual.
We built this platform to give that process a home. One place where teams post what they need, coaches submit who they have, and both sides manage everything from approval to final placement details. No more endless email chains or lost spreadsheets.
Our mission is simple: make summer ball placement faster, more transparent, and more organized for everyone involved. Summer teams should be able to fill their rosters without chasing leads. Coaches should be able to track every player's status without a spreadsheet. Players should know where they stand.
We are not trying to replace relationships. Coaches and teams will always make decisions based on trust, fit, and conversations. We are just giving them better tools to manage the logistics so they can focus on what matters.
